Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Once a transaction has been made, there is no refund or return available to the customer unless there is an issue involving the product, for example, damage. If you feel this is the case, then you will need to provide sufficient proof that your product has an issue. Proof can be submitted at shopkaisenprints@gmail.com Our team at Kaisen Tees will review your submission and determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund (minus shipping cost). This is only available to customers who report an issue within 5 days of the transaction being completed. After 5 days, Orders are final.

Exchanges
